Park Activity
Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy decreased from month to month to 84.83% owing to an increase in Flex and Retail space vacancy for the month to 4.99% and 8.54% respectively. Office and Warehouse space vacancy remained the same at 20.17% and 0.00% respectively. Hacienda recently welcomed the following new tenants: DPP Tech and Sunbelt Controls (relocation and expansion within Hacienda).
